Lauer Krauts

is a vision of family, hard work and time honored tradition.  My father Bob Lauer has been making his sour kraut for more than 30 years.  He learned how to make it from his father Martin Lauer.  My Mom Lori, is absolutely the best cook I have ever known.  She is from a large German family of 9 kids.  She learned to cook from her Mom, Margaret Schreibvogel.  We look forward to serving your family, our family recipes.
