Our filling is a mixture of fresh ground beef, cabbage, onion    and Lauer-kraut.  We have 3 versions of our kraut burgers. 

All our kraut burgers have a full cup of filling and average 5" to 6" square in size.  They are all hand made so obviously they vary in apperance.
